DAHAB, EGYPT

Dahab whose name in Arab means gold, is a small village, set apart by the destinations more frequented in the region. The village is situated 90 Kms northeast of Sharm el Sheikh, in a splendid geographical position, around an ample natural oasis. Its horizon lies between the warm reflexes of the dunes and the shining colors of thesea.

In the 5 miles around town you can find famous diving sites like the Blue Hole, the Canyon, Light-House and many more. Towards the Israeli border is the Coral Island, where the Crusaders built a beautiful fort whose remains still stand.
